1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds on Printed Orders
All products manufactured by All 3D Print Service, LLC are made-to-order custom items. Because every print is produced exclusively for the individual customer using customer-specified dimensions, materials, colors, and design files, all sales are considered final once production has begun or the order has shipped.
IMPORTANT: Once your item has entered the print queue or has shipped, no refund, return, or exchange will be issued under any circumstances — regardless of the reason.
Why we cannot offer refunds: The moment a print job begins, All 3D Print Service, LLC incurs irreversible costs including:
- Filament and raw material consumed (carbon fiber, nylon, PLA, PETG, resin, etc.)
- Machine time — our printers operate on fixed schedules and cannot reclaim print time once used
- Electrical costs associated with running high-power industrial and professional-grade equipment
- Labor time for slicing, setup, monitoring, post-processing, and quality inspection
- Packaging and handling materials
These costs are incurred on your behalf and cannot be recovered or reversed once a print has been initiated.
2. Customer-Provided File Responsibility
When you submit a design file for printing — including but not limited to .STL, .OBJ, .STEP, .3MF, .AMF, or any other supported format — you are solely responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and printability of that file.
2a. Corrupted or Defective Files
All 3D Print Service, LLC will make reasonable efforts to inspect submitted files prior to printing. However, if a file is accepted in apparent good faith and a print failure, dimensional error, or quality defect occurs due to corruption, hidden geometry errors, non-manifold geometry, unsupported overhangs, or any other file-side defect, the following applies:
- No refund will be issued for material, machine time, or labor costs already expended
- No reprint will be provided at no charge due to a customer file error
- All 3D Print Service, LLC is not liable for print failures caused by corrupt, malformed, or otherwise defective files submitted by the customer
File validation is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend verifying your file using a slicer application (e.g., Creality Print, Cura, PrusaSlicer) or a file repair service (e.g., Meshmixer, Netfabb) before submission. We are happy to provide a pre-print file review as part of our Design Consultation service — please request this prior to order placement.
2b. Approved Proofs & Pre-Print Confirmations
If a proof, preview render, or dimensional confirmation is provided and approved by the customer in writing (email or messaging confirmation is sufficient), All 3D Print Service, LLC will not be held responsible for any outcome that differs from the approved proof due to customer-side changes, misunderstandings, or additional instructions provided after approval.
3. Exceptions — When We Will Make It Right
While we do not offer refunds or returns, All 3D Print Service, LLC stands firmly behind the quality of our work. We will offer a reprint at no charge or provide a store credit in the following limited circumstances:
- The print is structurally defective due to a machine error on our end (e.g., layer delamination, print failure not caused by the customer’s file)
- The wrong material, color, or finish was used compared to what was explicitly ordered and confirmed
- The finished item does not match the dimensions of the approved file within a reasonable tolerance (standard tolerance: ±0.5mm on most FDM prints)
- The package was lost in transit and a shipping claim has been filed and confirmed
Reprints or credits under these exceptions are issued solely at the discretion of All 3D Print Service, LLC management. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Photo documentation of the defect is required.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before your order enters the print queue. Once slicing has begun or the job has been loaded to the printer, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation window: You have up to 2 hours after order confirmation to request a cancellation, provided the print has not yet started. Requests must be submitted via email to
contact@all3dprintservice.com with your order number in the subject line.
5. Shipping Damage
All orders are inspected and packaged carefully before shipping. If your item arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, please:
- Document the damage with clear photographs immediately upon receipt
- Retain all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@all3dprintservice.com
All 3D Print Service, LLC will assist in filing a carrier claim on your behalf. Resolution is subject to the shipping carrier’s claims process and timeline. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery confirmation.
6. Design Consultation & Pre-Print Services
Fees paid for Design Consultation, file preparation, or any pre-print service are non-refundable once the work has been performed, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with a print order. Consultation time, file repair labor, and design modification work represent completed professional services.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from transactions with All 3D Print Service, LLC shall be resolved in Johnson County, Kansas. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy in its entirety.
